500 WOMEN IN TECH

"500 Women in Tech" is a large-scale retraining initiative in Georgia coordinated by Business and Technology University (BTU), with the support of UN Women and the Government of Norway. The program's primary objective is to strengthen the role of women in the technology sector by providing them with practical digital and tech skills. It targets women seeking to enter or advance in the tech industry, offering structured training to bridge the gender gap in Georgia's growing digital economy.
