TECHWOMEN COMMUNITY IN GEORGIA

In 2025, TechWomen Community was founded in Georgia as a joint initiative of UN Women, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark, D Block, and the Business and Technology University (BTU). It is an innovative platform that brings together women and girls living in Georgia to strengthen their position in the ICT sector — through skills development, opportunities for collaboration, and support for career growth. The initiative's mission is to increase women's representation and participation in the technology industry, helping to build a more diverse and innovative ecosystem. Throughout 2025, nearly 250 women joined the community and attended masterclasses, training sessions, and other events
